As Moiras, Cloto, Láquesis e Átropos, são a personificação do destino que é dado a cada pessoa.

Moira significa parte, quinhão, destino, e que remete a fiar, ocupação própria da mulher. A ideia é que o destino é simbolicamente fiado para cada um dos mortais, entre Cloto que fia o fio, Láquesis que mede o quinhão de vida e Átropos que corta o fio da vida (Mitologia grega, Junito Brandão, 2000, 231).

Com este mesmo efeito de gerar formas, fiando o fio, ajustando a forma e pondo limite, são construídos brincos, colares, braceletes, chaveiros.

Clotho 2014

The witches, Clotho, Lachesis and Athropos, are the personification of the Destiny that is given to each person.

A witch means part, portion, destiny and it leads to weaving a woman’s job by nature. The idea is that the destiny is symbolically woven to each one of the mortals, among Clotho that weaves the thread, Lachesis that measures the portion of life and Athropos that cuts the life thread

(Greek Mythology, Junito Brandão, 2000, 231).

With this same effect of creating shapes, weaving the thread, fitting the shapes and imposing limits, are earrings, necklaces, bracelets, key-rings built.
